For the piano in your home:
During our initial visit, your tuner will thoroughly inspect and analyze your piano. He will
then give you a complete report of the condition of the piano and it's playability. This
consultation is included with your tuning. If your piano is not playable and repairs need to
be made before it can be tuned, you will be given a recommendation about how to proceed.
Your technician will not perform any work on your instrument without your prior knowledge
and understanding of exactly what needs to be done and whether or not it is a necessary or
worthwhile repair, depending on your piano's condition. If the cost of the repairs exceed the
value of the instrument or if you simply choose not to proceed with the repairs a small
consultation fee will apply.
Price for consultation ranges between $40 and $150 depending on traveling distance from
